Fermented and aged for 12 months in 14% new French oak, 14% concrete, 8% stainless steel, and 64% neutral French oak, then blended in stainless steel tanks for 5 months prior to bottling, the 2021 Tina-Louise Pinot Noir from Shea is another outstanding effort that deserves your attention. Glimmering neon ruby cored with a silvery rim in the glass, it offers up aromas and flavors of red cherries, mountain herbs, lemon zest, Christmas spices, and just a smooch of white tea. Tannins are integrated and silky smooth, which pairs well with the lemony acidity on the finish. 558 cases were produced.
