Dr. Madaiah Revana planted just three acres of Riesling in the south-east sections of his Revana Vineyard, set in the Red Hills of Dundee. The 2015 Revana Riesling begins with aromatics of petrol, white flowers, crushed wet gravel and suggestions of Granny Smith apple. The striking acidity hits you at first, leading to lovely flavors of white grapefruit, gooseberry, white peach, Gravenstein apple and hints of Key lime.
