This is the first release of "Feints," a carbonic zero sulfer coferment of 30% Dolcetto 30% Barbera and 40% Arneis from the Fox Hill Vineyard. Made in Utah, this is a very interesting and exciting creation from Evan Lewandowski. Delivers fantastic aromas of bing cherry, earth, charcoal, herbs, red berries, nutmeg and mineral. It hits the palate with a zingy acidic punch, dancing into a luscious and smooth finish. It is a perfect summer wine, especially with a slight chill, and will pair with a wide variety of foods.
