70% of the fruit comes from the Bushey Vineyard and 30% from Red Willow Vineyard and is aged for 7 months in 40% concrete egg and 60% French oak, with 5% being new. More stone fruit than tropical fruit on the nose, alongside gooseberry, crushed wet stone, white flowers, and fennel. It’s tart, with a citrus-forward palate as well as secondary characteristics of dried herbs and saline. 575 cases produced
