My favorite of the Pasxa lineup, the otherworldly Rockgarden Estate White Wine from the 2022 vintage, grabs your attention and doesn’t let go. It was the wine I kept coming back to for sips over the course of the hour. No tech sheets were provided, but typically this is a blend of Marasanne and Roussanne and displays a lovely medium golden apple core with a neon light yellow rim. Rich and luscious across the expansive palate, it boasts oily notes of freshly cut pear, ripe apples, honeysuckle flowers, toasted almonds, and shades of warmed brioche. The finish is insane and keeps going for minutes on end. It’s the best white wine that Pasxa has made, and I highly recommend it. Editor’s choice.
