The Barrister 'Barrister's Block IV' is a Cabernet based wine and is one of the most compelling non-vintage wines from Washington that I have tasted. Primarily Cabernet (72%) this opens with a bouquet of black tea, anise, black pepper and sage. There are flavors of black cherry, anise, crème de cassis and mocha, which persist on and linger on the finish. (Best 2017-2026) - April, 2017 (OB)
