The final wine poured at Structure is their excellent 2014 'Foundation' Syrah. Primarily sourced from the Wallula and Upland Vineyards, this wine opens with a rich bouquet of anise, coffee grounds, milk chocolate and hints of green olive. There are flavors of anise, creme de cassis, black olive and hints of dark chocolate shavings. This is lovely Syrah that displays a smooth texture and mouthfeel. (Best 2016-2022) - October, 2016 (OB)
