This expressive wine is a blend of 78% Cabernet with 9% Cab Franc, 9% Petit Verdot and 4% Merlot that was sourced from the Discovery Vineyard, the Dineen Vineyard, the Kiona Vineyard, the Klipsun Vineyard, the Pepper Bridge Vineyard, and the Stonetree Vineyard. The wine opens with vivid aromas of black cherry, green olive, black pepper and hints of wild blackberry. This Cabernet dominant wine has deep flavors of black cherry, mocha, pipe tobacco and hints of mint which continue to persist on through the finish. (Best 2016-2023) - September, 2016 (OB)
