Sourced from the Discovery Vineyard, the wine has a inky hue and opens with aromatics of black cherry, creosote and hints of smoked brisket. The wine has rich flavors of black cherry, black olive, white pepper and hints of blackberry jam. This has a smooth and viscous mouthfeel and a plush texture that gives the wine a unique decadence.
