SHINING HILL Red Wine 2013

The 2013 Shining Hill is an expressive new release wine out of Red Mountain. The second wine of Col Solare, this wine is an intriguing blend of 77% Cabernet, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Merlot and 3% Malbec. The red blend begins with aromas of red cherry, anise, pipe tobacco and blackberry preserves with coffee grounds. There are ripe flavors of wild blackberry, mocha and black olive with spicecake. Lovely texture and length.(Best 2016-2024) - April, 2016 (OB)
