The 2016 Brook & Bull Cabernet Sauvignon was largely aged in new oak (85%) prior to bottling and was sourced from vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. The nose takes on smoky elements with dark fruits and black tea. Mocha, anise and creme de cassis flavors collide with light tannins. Well-balanced and medium-weight, this will cellar well for the next seven plus years.
