The 2017 Brook & Bull Chardonnay shows brioche and toasty oak with Pink Lady apple on the nose. This shows a refreshing edge with good minerality and vanilla cream with green apple flavors. Showing a good combination of weight and balance, this excellent Chardonnay is marvelous now but will show well for the next seven plus years.
