The 2010 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe and concentrated, layered with cassis, blackberry, mocha and spices. It shows excellent balance and structure straight through. Dark fruits and mocha make an encore on the finish where they linger. An excellent showing in 2010, however there are no major surprises as this remains one of the most consistant wines year to year. - (JD)
