The 2009 Bodega Numanthia Termes brings lots of juicy dark cherries, blackberry, spice, toast and even picks up some dark chocolate and molasses notes at it evolves with air. Full-bodied and dense with polished tannins leading to the long finish. I would give it a year or two to settle down, however if you can't wait and plan on drinking this now it needs about 1-2 hours if air contact to open up before it really starts to show itself. (Drink 2013-2020) - May, 2012. (JD)
