The NV Mas Fi Cava Brut Rose is a very strong showing from this estate. Sourced from 100% Trepat grapes, the wine was aged 11 months under secondary fermentation and weights in at 11.5% alcohol. A pale pink hue, the wine has aromas of honeydew melon, wild strawberry, brioche and hints of star jasmine. There are flavors of guava, wild strawberry, cranberry and mulberry in this fruity wine.
