The NV Mas Fi Cava Brut is a tremendous value buy in Cava. Produced and bottled by the 42-hectare Masachs Estate, located in Penedes, the Cava underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle for 10 months. This wine begins with a bouquet of nutmeg, hazelnuts, brioche and a hint of Gala apple. There are light Gravenstein apple, baking spices and Meyer lemon flavors.
