Saturday, October 01, 2011 - This Bordeaux style red blend from TeAwa is dense and concentrated with ripe black fruits, sweet currant, coffee , graphite and licorice spices mixed in. The tannins are round, dusty, mouth-watering and transition seamlessly into the long finish. This wine has the stuffing to last a decade and reminds me of a cross between Cabernet blends from Napa and high end shiraz from Australia. 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot, 11% Cabernet franc, 5% Malbec (Drink 2011 – 2021) - JD
