The Pora offers gorgeous aromas of dark cherries, tar, licorice, stony minerals, dried violets and licorice, which leap from the glass. The palate is fresh and inviting, displaying a wonderful balance of fruit and acidity. The finish is chewy, leaving behind some dried berries and hints of tar. The Pora will still benefit with some bottle age, so no need to rush. (Best 2013-2023) - December, 2013 (JD)
