The 2014 Etna Bianco is a lovely wine from Marco de Grazia, made from 60% Carricante, 25% Catarratto, 10% Grecanico, 5% Minnella. It offers fresh, clean aromas of sliced apple, dried herbs, floral blossom and minerals, which all begin to take shape in the glass. This gorgeous white is displays wonderful minerality and acidity, remaining beautifully balanced through the finish. Absolutely delicious right now, but will also be interesting to see this after a few years of bottle age. (Best 2015-2020) - December, 2015 (JD)
