The 2010 'Ciabot Mantin’ Barolo delivers aromas and flavors of ripe strawberries, cherry, smoke, licorice, fennel and rose petals, which cascade through wine. Elegant and refined, with wonderful purity and a tightly wound structure that keeps everything in place. The finish is nicely polished and grips a firm hold leaving behind red fruits and a smoky character that rounds out the wine.
