The Aeroplan Servaj is a stunning Barolo from Clerico in this vintage. It instantly bursts open with gorgeous aromas of ripe cherries and dark berries woven together with licorice, mint, mineral, sweet spices and a beautiful dried floral character. It continues to impress with its fantastic structure along with wonderful overall balance and precision. Everything is beautifully wrapped up with delicious red fruits, which leave a long lasting impression. Although this is lovely today, I only expect it to continue to evolve for many years to come.
