The 2012 Brunello di Montalcino from Molino di Sant’Antimo is a seductive wine with wonderful aromatics of dark cherries, blackberries, spices, vanilla, new leather, black truffles and hints of fresh florals. Full-bodied, round and voluptuous with wonderful overall balance and depth. Flavors of dark fruits and spices continue to persist on the finish. This is a flat-out delicious Brunello which will be accessible early on and continue to drink well over the next decade. (Best 2017-2028) - March, 2017 (JD)
