The 2010 Pairolero brings a wonderful fresh character with incredible ripe fruit. It's filled with mouth watering, juicy ripe strawberries and sweet cherries but there is also notes of anise, smoke and mineral. This exhibits amazing balance of fruit and acidity as it bursts on the finish. An Incredible display of Barbera fruit. I would drink this sooner than later. (Best 2013-2016) - March, 2013 (JD)
