The dense Eiswein has aromatics reminiscent of orange marmalade, honey, golden delicious apple and candied apricot. This leads to flavors of apricot, honey, papaya, wet gravel and golden delicious apple. Viscous and intense, the mineral backbone leads to a nearly one minute long finish.
