The Château Moulin de la Riviére begins with inviting aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and even a touch of blueberry, which are woven together with violets, spices and hints of licorice. On the palate this is medium-plus bodied with nicely polished tannins and a juicy mouthful ripe fruits which bursts onto the finish. A lovely showing and excellent value which will be accessible early on.
