The 2017 'Cuvée Ernestine' is a gorgeous bottle of Champagne that begins with inviting aromatics of sliced apples, lemon zest, white florals, toast and crushed stones that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this is focused and precise, with a well-defined texture and outstanding overall balance. It goes on to display wonderful freshness and minerality that highlights the finish. This is drinking beautifully today and should go on to offer a decade long drinking window.
