The 2016 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from Domaine Roger Perrin is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, Bourboulenc and Picardan. It opens to pretty aromas of peach, orange blossom, flowers, citrus and tropical fruits. Crisp and clean with lots of pure fruits on the palate leading into a mouthwatering finish. This is showing well today and should continue to evolve over the next few years.
