The 2015 Domaine de Saint Paul Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a sensational showing in this vintage. This instantly open with an array of inviting aromas including orchard fruits, lemon zest, white floral, honey blossoms and minerals. On the palate this is beautifully focused and balanced with a gorgeous rich mouthfeel, which is backed by lovey streaks of acidity and minerality as it heads into the finish. This is absolutely delicious today, however I look forward to watching this evolve over the next decade. (Best 2017-2029) - February, 2017 (JD)
