The 2007 Patrick Lesec 'Les Galets Blonds' is deep and concentrated with black cherry, creamy dark chocolate, licorice, herbs, meat and some minerality. This is full bodied with a muscular structure ending with a long, flavorful finish. A very well made wine. (Drink 2011 - 2025) - JD
