The 2012 La Petite Gardiole is a lovely showing, offering fresh aromas of raspberries, cherries, spices, lavender and licorice. On the palate this is refined, with a beautiful round, silky texture demonstrating wonderful overall balance and finesse before ending with a lingering finish. This a lovely effort that is already appealing, but also should develop nicely with just a few years of bottle age. (Best 2017-2024) - December, 2015 (JD)
