The 2013 Domaine du Pegau blanc is a brilliant wine which opens with fresh, pretty aromas of citrus oil, pear, green apple, followed by aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle. On the palate this possesses a lovely texture balanced by a gorgeous touch of acidity which leads beautifully into the finish where flavors of citrus and hints of honeysuckle linger on. This is absolutely sublime right now, but will also evolve gracefully over the course of the next decade. (Best 2015-2026) - November, 2015 (JD)
