DOMAINE LA BOUTINIERE Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2014

The 2014 Domaine la Boutiniere Blanc is a blend of 60% Clairette, 20% Grenache, 10% Bourboulenc, 10% Roussanne. This white displays lots of citrus, fennel seed, honeysuckle, orange blossom and fresh mineral. On the palate this has a lot of freshness with good acidity into the dry finish. I would recommend one year of bottle age before this opens up and can be enjoyed over the next 8-10 years. (Best 2016-2024) - October, 2015 (JD)
