The 2014 Domaine Chante Perdrix Blanc is a blend of 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc, and 10% Roussanne. It has a fabulous nose of lime blossom, kiwi, cantaloupe, followed by aromas of honey, lemon peel and white rose. Really good mouthfeel with pure and fosused fruit that leads into a lively acidic finish. Really showing well today and will continue to improve over the next decade.
