The 2014 blanc from Domaine de la Solitude is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and a small amount of Bourboulenc. The nose offers up characteristics of granny smith apple, fresh tarragon, citrus pith, with hints of mineral and white flowers. It has a creamy texture with ripe fruits and a slightly acidic finish.
