LA BASTIDE SAINT DOMINIQUE Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2012

Eric Bonnet is doing some masterful work at La Bastide Saint Dominique and the 2012 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a brilliant example of the quality wines he is producing. This gorgeous blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah along with a touch of Mourvedre and Cinsault is woven together with fresh aromas of raspberry, plum, lavender, spices and white pepper.
