The 2012 ‘Colombis’ is an outstanding showing in 2012. It opens up with classic aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, licorice, spices and garrigue. This impresses with its soft, round texture that shows wonderful richness and finesse. It continues to deliver all the way through the decadent finish where chocolate and spices linger. This is just a pleasure to drink even at this early stage and I only expect it to get better. (Best 2016-2026) - September, 2014 (JD)
