ADISSAT Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘Cuvée Gabrielle’ 2012

The 2012 Adissat Chateauneuf-du-Pape ‘Cuvée Gabrielle’ is a bit more forward and seductive than its sibling ‘Cuvée Isabelle’. This offers aromas and flavors raspberry ganache, dark plum, lavender, herbs, spices and hints of licorice. It offers a gorgeous rich, velvety texture ending with a plush, layered finish that leaves behind more flavors of raspberry ganache and spices. Approachable with air contact, but allow it a few more years in bottle before it hits full stride. Composed of 80% grenache, 10% syrah, 5% mourvedre, 5% cinsault. (Best 2016-2025) - April, 2014 (JD)
