The 2012 Domaine Du Grand Tinel Blanc is blend of 65% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 15% Bourboulenc. The nose is explosive and lovely with gorgeous aromas of fresh melon, kaffir lime, honey, peach, lemon peel, dandelion and white flowers. It starts with lively acidity and caresses the palate with lots of fresh fruit and cream. The finish is just delicious. Drink it now with a few hours of air or lay it down for a couple of years.
