The 37 acres of Domaine Condorcet are located mainly in the southeast corner of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in a sector known as “Terre Ferme”, directly neighboring Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe and Château de la Nerthe. The 2012 is majority Grenache, along with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault which come together to offer aromas and flavors of sweet cherries and plums layered in pepper, lavender, wild herbs, spice and minerals. It’s supported by a medium-full body with a rich velvety texture, which gains depth as it evolves in the glass. The finish is long marked by lasting notes of cherries and pepper.
