The 2011 Adissat Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Gabrielle is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault. It offers aromas of dark and red fruit, fresh ground coffee, spicecake and hints of milk chocolate. It has great up front fruit with underlying minerality and driven by a core of racy acidity. This finishes up strong, but would suggest holding it a few years in the cellar for things to flesh out a bit. (Best 2015-2023) - February, 2013 (MD)
