The 2010 M. Chapoutier Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Bernardine Blanc is 100% Grenache Blanc. It displays a beautiful golden color with a pretty aromas of crushed white flowers, candied apricot, honey, fresh herbs, wood, licorice and even some metallic notes. This is very well made with a racy energetic core backed by vibrant acidity. However, what I probably like best about this wine is that it's downright delicious, hard not to chug.
