This has a old-world edge with bright cherry, raspberry, peppered beef with hints of tobacco, floral and smoke. All this sits on a soft texture that turns firm and chewy on the finish. Solid now, but needs a bit more time to flesh out. (Drink 2014-2021) - September, 2012 (JD)
