The 2015 Vinsobres is a fantastic effort from André Farjon. Dark berries, raspberries, violets, thyme, olives and hints of smoke, all come together beautifully in the glass. Concentrated and dense at it core, this Vinsrobles shows remarkable balance and poise. It finishes up long and velvety with dark fruits, spices, violets and hints of bittersweet dark chocolate lingering. Approachable now, but will be at it best with another year or two of bottle age.
