The 2012 Arbois Rouge is a brilliant Pinot Noir with a wonderful elegant personality. It offers an array of red fruits and bright cherries woven together with fresh mushrooms, crushed stones, mesquite and a touch of spring flowers. The palate is fresh, mouthwatering and balanced by lovely acidity, ending with a pretty finish. Today the wine is still on the youthful side, however it can last over a decade in the cellar. An amazing effort from the legendary Jura wine maker. (Best 2015-2024) - November, 2014 (MD)
