The 2009 Domaine du Chalet Pouilly St. Véran is super fresh, clean and elegant with subtle notes of white peach, floral and mineral. This has a really nice soft and rich texture with lots of vibrant acidly backing it up. A really pretty Chardonnay and an easy task to polish off a bottle. (Drink 2012-2017) - May, 2012. (JD)
