CHÂTEAU SEGONZAC Côtes de Blaye 'Vieilles Vignes' 2011

Very fragrant nose delivering aromas of cassis, red fruit, earth, candied cherry, and tar. The wine has a powerful attack on the mouth with a long finish. There is some bitterness on the finish, but I can see that fading away with time. Cellar it for a year or two and enjoy it over the next 10 years. (Best 2015-2023) - September, 2013 (MD)
