The 2016 Château Bourdieu opens to aromas of cherries along with florals, spices, licorice and minerals all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this displays an inviting fine-grained, velvety texture which is laced with dark cherries and spices persist through the finish. A lovely wine to approach now or over the course of the next few years.
