The 2010 André Perret ‘Les Grisières’ is a fabulous Saint-Joseph. It offers classic aromas of dark berries, plum, smoke, bacon, meat, black olive, pepper and spices. It demonstrates fantastic structure with wonderful balance resulting in a seamless wine from start to finish. The Syrah was 100% de-stemmed and aged for 18 months in 400-liter barrels and barriques. This already has so much to offer, however there is no doubt it will continue to age gracefully. (Best 2015-2028) - March, 2014 (JD)
