Attention new world fans looking to try a St. Joseph, the 2009 Domaine Louis Cheze St. Joseph Cuvée des Anges is the one for you. This brings lots of dense concentrated dark fruits, creme de cassis, pencil shavings and sweet toasted oak. Although this gives the impression that it is going to big wine from its appearance and aromas, it is quite refined, silky and leaner on the palate with nice freshness on the finish.
