The 2011 Domaine Olivier Chanzy Montagny instantly opens with aromas of bosc pear, vanilla, lemon, wet stones, dusty minerals and freshly cut white flowers. On the pallet this possesses a beautiful oily texture and remarkable balance through the mineral-laced finish. Today this is very accessible, however if given time it will prove to be even better.
